Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled line cooks to join our culinary team. Pizza experience is a plus! The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety. This role requires expertise in creating delicious food while adhering to high standards of quality and presentation. The line cook will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional meal preparation and service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas, following sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food served.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
  • Participate in catering events as needed, showcasing culinary skills in various settings.
Requirements

  • Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in roles such as dietary aide or kitchen staff.
  • Strong culinary experience with a focus on pizza making and fine dining standards.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
  • Experience in meal preparation, menu planning, and catering services is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
