Taco Boy is actively hiring Restaurant Managers (Service Managers) and Kitchen Managers (Sous Chefs) for our Charleston-area locations. 

We’re looking for strong, people-focused leaders who can run great shifts, develop teams, and bring energy to a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Position Overview 
As a Restaurant Manager at Taco Boy, you will: 
  • Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Coach, train, and develop hourly team members and supervisors
  • Ensure excellent guest experience and hospitality standards
  • Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team performance
  • Partner with culinary and service teams to drive consistency and execution
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
  • Step into leadership during busy services and problem-solve in real time

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
  • Experience in full-service or high-volume restaurant environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and guest experience
